It all started with Trixie Beldon. Baylee was given one old book and we wanted more. Out of print? That was many years and many Trixie Beldon books ago. Last year Dana showed me how many cute outfits were on Ebay. I can do that, I thought…so I started making clothes for Emma and Kiley…and some purses for the older girls. “You can sell that, you know,” people said. So here we are one large family all working together to try and navigate the world wide web of custom boutique clothing…I don’t know where we will go from here, I just know I am having fun feeling my brain stretch to learn new things. I love the excitement of putting together fabrics and figuring out how to do this or that to make a TOO CUTE outfit. Plus, it has to be something a child will wear. I have had lots of experience in “no way would I be caught dead in that!” I also seem to have no end to the opinions of 7 children and 1 husband! That is good. It is nice when I hear, “Wow! Mom, great job!” Don’t we all love to hear that??
