I have been blog surfing and it seems like so many people publish pictures and recipes of beautiful food they make. I have even used some of the recipes I have found. Yesterday I made the ugliest chicken pot pie I have ever seen. I added the meat and veggies before mixing them in with the gravy…and I put the top on. Then Maddy asked me if I was going to have any of the goop in it. Well, yes, so I peeled the top crust off and added the goop (gravy). By the time I finished the pies…I was exhausted. I told Maddy this was a lesson for her in “how not to make a chicken pot pie”. So, for you foodies out there, and for those of you who have similar experiences, here is a picture of my ugly pot pie!
I also have been lax about putting pictures of our dogs on here. So today I am posting 2 of Esau. I will get Orby on here later! Here Esau is mad because we won’t let him go chase the ducks at the lake.
Here Maddy and Esau are discussing being brushed. He likes it, but also has to try and eat the brush at least once during every session.
