Is sleep overrated? I don’t think so. I just am having a hard time coordinating my sleep schedule with everyone elses. Like now, that most everyone is gone to school, I could go sleep. But last night, when everyone was asleep….I was wide awake. Any ideas for how to go to bed and stay asleep?
